Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be automatically processed during checkout.  We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow five (5) to ten (10) business days for delivery of in-stock items in Canada.  Items shipped to the US or international destinations can take up to 15 business days. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 30 days.

We ship all orders through Canada Post, however if you prefer another method of delivery please advise via email.

Returns and Exchanges
 
Purchases made directly from Jac Trac, will be issued a refund up to 30 days after purchase date.  For items returned after 30 days, a credit may be issued for the purchase price at our discretion.  Please email us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and our return address.  Returned or exchanged items must be in new, resalable condition with all packaging intact to receive full credit.  If any of these conditions is not met, a restocking fee may be assessed.  Packages must be returned freight prepaid; we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.  We recommend insuring the package.

If you purchased your items through a store, please contact them first to discuss their return and exchange policies.

 
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Items are only eligible for a full refund value if they are in resalable condition. 

Guarantee

Jac Trac fully guarantees all of our products against defects in materials or craftsmanship. This does not include normal wear and tear of any of our dog gear.  Please note that because hemp is a natural fibre, it will wear out over time just like a pair of jeans or your favorite T-shirt.  If you have purchased a product with a defect that shows up within 30 days of purchase, please email us directly at info@jactrac.ca and we will be happy to assist you.
