Guarantee & Returns

Jac Trac Guarantee:

Jac Trac guarantees all our products against defects in materials and craftsmanship. Please note this guarantee does not cover damage caused by chewing, neglect, misuse or normal wear. Jac Trac reserves the right to replace the item at our discretion. If you did not purchase your Jac Trac Equipment from us directly, you must submit a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt along with photos of your defective equipment. To submit a warranty claim, please contact Jac Trac Customer Service at info@jactrac.ca.

 

Return Policy:

All products returned to Jac Trac must be clean. Items that are not clean will be returned without consideration of credit. To submit a return, please contact Jac Trac Customer Service Team to obtain a Return Authroization Number within 30 days of the invoice date. Returned Merchandise must be received within 90 days of the issued Returned Authorization. Returns will not be accepted on discontinued items. Items that are not in resaleable condition (damaged packaging, non-Jac Trac pricing stickers) will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
